secreat of staying fresh!
WASH and dry your hands thoroughly before putting your finger into a product. - AVOID reinfection. Stop using all eye makeup if you have an eye infection and lip products if you have a cold sore. The exceptions: Lipsticks, lipliners, and eye pencils, which can be shaved, clean with a knife or sharpener. In fact, just cleaning a tissue won’t suffice.
- SMELL your mascara when you first purchase it. If you recognize that scent, you’ll know when it goes bad. Expired mascara often takes on a funny, chemical odor.
- CHOOSE a cotton-tipped swab or disposable sponge to apply makeup to a pimple – and avoid double-dipping. Going back and forth from the product to the affected area with your finger or a sponge can lead to contamination.
- TRY timestrips, a sticker that remember when a product was first opened and alert you when it’s no longer wise to use it.

doing some research...
My friend recently bought her new car; of course it would only mean new car insurance. She called me to help her sort things out since she had a huge number of insurance firms. We went through each, one by one. We called them and meet a couple of insurance agents to get auto insurance quotes. They give us many points why we should select their company. But, we do some little investigation on our own, just to get the company profile and it’s standing in the market place. After all she doesn’t want her to waste her money. She wants to make sure that she will really get something in emergency cases like car accidents.
We come up with at least three companies after having doing some research. The good thing with these 3 is that they cater almost all insurances from car, home, and health up to life insurance. So, she no longer has to redo the process she just went through. Everything she needs is already available and the best thing of all is that these are prominent insurance companies that have been in service for quite a long time. Now I leave it all up to her. I think I have done my part; it is up to her to decide what to choose. I just hope everything will go smoothly.

Pet Safety Tips!
Never leave your pet in a hot car for any length of time. Some nations have laws against this, and you can be fined.- Stop your dog from drinking pool water – chlorine and other chemicals can be harmful. And contrary to their reputation, not all canines are good doggy paddlers; be sure yours is, or protect her from too-deep water.
- Walk your pet in the morning or evening but not the hot sun, as the pavement could be too hot for your pal’s pads and he may get sunburned.
- Keep your pet under shade at the beach. If he becomes overheated, he will pant and drool excessively. Bring plenty of water – at least three times what your pet normally drinks) anytime you’re outdoors.
- Don’t apply bug spray or sunscreen to your animal (unless formulated for pets) – it may make him sick.

Lose Weight without Losing Bone!
Women tend to gain about a pound year during transition to menopause. But trying to lose weight during this time may actually weaken your bones if you don’t do it carefully. This is according to the study which followed 373 menopausal women for five years. Half the women got diet and exercise advises during that period; the other half did not. After menopause, the major source of estrogens’ in a woman’s body is generated in fat tissue. Hence, loosing fat lowers estrogen levels. The lower estrogen level the more rapid your bone loss.
If you start a diet, take in at least 800 IUs of vitamin D and 1,000 to 1,200 milligrams of calcium daily and do 30 to 60 of weight bearing exercise two or three times a week. Weight lifting may able to counter the effects of weight loss on your bones.

lots of money?
What will you do if you have lots of money? I mean a lot! Some may say they will invest in a big business and some would say they will stop working and just enjoy life. Well, if I were to have lots of money I would definitely go to Disney World and any place I can think of. I would also shop around and live just like a princess. Of course I am dreaming. When will this dream happen anyway! I can't even buy a single discount Disney World tickets for myself. Sounds ridiculous right? Well, I am having my day dreaming time again. I hope next time I will no longer day dream and will be able to enjoy life.

No benefits for fertility treatments?
There are two common treatments for fertility problems do not work study suggested. The guidelines recommended that the drug clomid and artificial insemination for couples who have trouble conceiving despite no known cause for their infertility. But trials of 580 women in Scotland found the treatments were no better than trying to get pregnant naturally, a report says. There is this third couple who struggle to get pregnant have unexplained infertility. It means, despite a battery of tests, doctors cannot find a reason why they struggle to conceive. There are options listed by the National Institute of Clinical and Health Excellence (NICE) this include up to six cycles of unstimulated intrauterine insemination - where sperm is inserted directly into the woman's womb - and use of clomid (clomifene citrate), a drug which stimulates the ovaries. These treatments have both been offered for many years because doing nothing is an unpopular choice among patients, right? But until now there has been little rigorous testing of their effectiveness.
