Sniff This Trivia

The word perfumes sprung from two Latin words, ‘per’ (through) and ‘fume’ (smoke). The art of perfume making took place in ancient Egypt, but it was the Romans and the Arabs who improved the craft. Today, many procedures are being followed for making modern perfumes. The most general process is extracting oil from flowers through distillation.

  1. Great post. How did you come up with this list? Lately I’ve been following Damon Vickers, a finacial investment strategist from Seattle. If you havn’t read his book about one global currency, you should get your hands on a copy. I feel that the public don’t really perceive the magnitude of the situation we face today. To have a leading financier like Damon Vickers, who called the market plummet in both 2000 and 2008, publicly express the fears of many of the approach of a one world government is exceptional. Anyways, cool list and hoping for more
