my friend’s unattractive feature!

One of my friends has a problem with her unattractive feature, her nose. Even though I don’t have a perfect nose, but hers is worse. We have been friends for a long time now. And she only confided almost all her problems to me. For all I know she is a strong woman. But the only thing that could turn her down is when her detractors bullied her nose. We all know truth hurts. Every time this happens she oftentimes say: “oh please decrease the size of my nose.” And, I always feel pity for her. She wants to seek help from professionals. For now her only goal is to undergo cosmetic surgery because she knows this is the only way to balance her facial feature. I just don’t know when this will happen. Well, I always remind her that in everything she does, I will always be in her side to support her.
