Let’s be all athletic, can we be?

Let’s be all athletic. Can we be? Becoming active gives us strength, agility and endurance. Sports and physical activities are good for our body. It increases our chances of becoming intelligent, according to the research I read before, and to live longer. Sounds good, right?

That is the very reason, I am trying to exercise. Take note, “trying.” But, I always miss it. I am really enthusiastic in doing it; I even bought discount athletic shoes I found last year. I used am used to exercising with bare feet but as I read reviews I realized that athletic shoes is important to prevent injuries. So, I did buy pairs for this purpose.

However, as time pass I am becoming more and more busy. Another excuse, I guess. Okay, I am lazier than before and my Adidas shoes are becoming a regular part of my closet. I keep on saying, I will do it today but hours, day and even weeks will pass I still haven’t done it. Now I am beginning to feel guilty towards myself, my health and my wallet for buying shoes I don’t use and for the time I spent searching the best and most comfy shoes. I need to learn the word “dedication” if I want to become healthy and to lose weight.
