There are a lot of studies have shown that exercise can boost your mood. A survey has been made in British with 20,000 persons and reveals that any kind of physical activity can lift your spirits. Researchers also noted how little activity it took to make a difference, just one to three 20minutes session a week reduce the chances of suffering distress such as depression. The biggest impact came from doing nothing (apparently even mopping) for at least 20minutes every day. Daily activity knocked down the distress score by more than half.
