Last Monday, I got a chance to console a broken hearted friend. All of her misery starts because she is looking for a super stable guy as her partner. Looking for the right person is not a bad thing. But, she is already hurting herself and the guy. The thing is the guy is already trying stock options trading. I guess security is not the issue since the guy already have a stable work and earning fairly big amount of income. And he can even support her all the way if he wants too. There must be a bigger issue than that. But, I live the decision to her besides it’s her life.
Let’s just talk about of stock option trading. Basically, Stock Options are simple contracts that allow the owners to buy or sell a stock at a specific price before it expires. Trading options must not be mistaken as a gamble that you can just wager money or play with it. It is the same in the sense that you are taking and accepting risk. But, it involves complex plans and strategies to execute it properly.
True enough that option trading has a large potential for rewards, but the risk is large as well. Don’t trade with money you can’t afford to lose. That is why it is important to do options trading mentoring. Data will somewhat shows the movement of the market that enables investors to base their decisions. Monitoring the market movement is part of the strategies used by many successful options investors.
Well, then I think I already shared what I have in mind. Hopefully I will become an investor in the future. That would be a big leap for me. I’ll just take everything one step at a time. This drop of information I gather is already a big thing and its sure is a good start. And if I’ll have the courage and the money to finally take the plunge I will be the first in my clan.
