It is true that I have been reading lots of warning against the dangers of using cosmetic products that are out of their recommended use-by date. But I would say I often forget about it, just as many women out there. This happens mostly because many ladies including me are not even aware these products actually go “bad” or find the small fonts informing them of this too troubling to read, a poll cited by the Daily Mail informs.
Cosmetic products should not be kept around forever: even if they still smell and look the same as when we first bought them, they’re good places for bacteria to grow. Therefore, we must make sure we use them only for as long as their makers say we should and thus avoid complications and even serious problems.
So ladies, we should always remember that eyeshadow and blusher have PAOs of 18 to 24 months. Lipstick or lipgloss has a recommended life of up to one to two years. Mascara has a PAO of four-six months. And, perfume is good for 36 months.

While I am engulf looking for Anilox cleaner my father told me a long time ago, I received a phone call from my friend that makes my heart go pounding. I panicked when I hear her crying. Of course my first reaction is something bad has happened. I start thinking of so many things while she starts to compose herself. I tried to comfort her although I don’t understand her words. After her few crying moments, she’s finally backed to her senses and was able to talk about what happened.
Ow well, the reason is nothing more than a lost camera. Our common friend Tin borrowed it from her last week and happened to lose the item while on adventure. She’s a bit careless even before. I’m just wondering how a smart girl trusted Tin for her valuables. She knows how Tin moves her way to the crowd to try to please everybody.
Her main concern is her wedding day that will commence on the February 27. She intended to buy the camera to take snaps of the most important day of her life. Now it’s gone by the wind, just like that. Although there are photographers she wants to take her own simple shots. The thought of not being able to do it stabs her heart.
Poor girl! But, I can’t do anything about it. I don’t want to meddle now as both of them are my good friends. Even if I want to call Tin to confront her, she asked me not to. Sigh! I’ll just hope for the best.

The first step towards making sure we’re always sitting up straight is to check our posture in the mirror. If we’re standing, we should be able to draw an imaginary straight line from the earlobe to the hip, the knee and the center of the ankle. If we can’t do that, it’s clear that something is not right in our posture and it needs correcting.
Individuals with poor posture start to suffer from aches and stiffness that may lead to chronic pain management down the road. It can leave you with headaches, fatigue (it takes way more energy to unnaturally support yourself) and tight back and neck muscles. Most people feel the symptoms of poor posture in the muscles around the base of the neck and near the shoulder blades. If this is not dealt with the soonest, then you could find yourself in trouble later in life.
One way to attain proper posture is to avoid sitting or standing in one position for too long. If you work at a desk all day, get up and move around every half hour. Also, make sure your workstation is set up properly, with your computer screen at eye level (looking up an extra five inches all day, five days a week can become a big pain in the neck – pun intended). Position your keyboard so your shoulders aren’t cramped up. And don’t be afraid to ask for an ergonomic chair, mouse pad and keyboard. Another tip on how to improve posture: Work your core. Sure, crunches and cardio are great for your abs, but it’s also important to strengthen muscles in the back to achieve and/or maintain proper posture.
