It is true that I have been reading lots of warning against the dangers of using cosmetic products that are out of their recommended use-by date. But I would say I often forget about it, just as many women out there. This happens mostly because many ladies including me are not even aware these products actually go “bad” or find the small fonts informing them of this too troubling to read, a poll cited by the Daily Mail informs.

Cosmetic products should not be kept around forever: even if they still smell and look the same as when we first bought them, they’re good places for bacteria to grow. my poor crying friend

While I am engulf looking for Anilox cleaner my father told me a long time ago, I received a phone call from my friend that makes my heart go pounding. I panicked when I hear her crying. Of course my first reaction is something bad has happened. I start thinking of so many things while she starts to compose herself. I tried to comfort her although I don’t understand her words. After her few crying moments, she’s finally backed to her senses and was able to talk about what happened.

Ow well, the reason is nothing more than a lost camera. Our common friend Tin borrowed it from her last week and happened to lose the item while on adventure. She’s a bit careless even before. I’m just wondering how a smart girl trusted Tin for her valuables. She knows how Tin moves her way to the crowd to try to please everybody.

Her main concern is her wedding day that will commence on the February 27. She intended to buy the camera to take snaps of the most important day of her life. Now it’s gone by the wind, just like that. Although there are photographers she wants to take her own simple shots. The thought of not being able to do it stabs her heart.

Poor girl! But, I can’t do anything about it. I don’t want to meddle now as both of them are my good friends. Even if I want to call Tin to confront her, she asked me not to. Sigh! I’ll just hope for the best.

Position your keyboard so your shoulders aren’t cramped up. And don’t be afraid to ask for an ergonomic chair, mouse pad and keyboard. Another tip on how to improve posture: Work your core. Sure, crunches and cardio are great for your abs, but it’s also important to strengthen muscles in the back to achieve and/or maintain proper posture.
