Even if I don’t go out much of the house as compared to those employed, I still know what is happening in town. I am just an avid fan of local news where I gather more bad news than good news. Other than that it keeps me updated of latest buzz in town.

Anyway, it is not new to hear motorcycle accidents and other vehicular accidents these days. Probably this is due to the increasing number of vehicles in the road. Of course, if there are fewer vehicles there will be fewer accidents. But, we can’t do anything about the number of vehicles because it is a necessity for transportation. Also, it brings convenience.

The only thing we can do try not to get involve in traffic or road accidents. It is necessary for drivers to take extra precautions especially for motorcycle drivers. We all know that there is a high risk of accidents using motorcycle because of its structure. So, it is essential to be very careful. According to a new investigation, it would now appear that the body’s internal clock is directly responsible for this ability that we have. It has direct control over a water-storing hormone that regulates our need to intake or dispose of liquids. The direct mechanism that allows for this to happen was evidenced by neurophysiologists Eric Trudel and Charles Bourque, in a scientific paper they published in the latest issue of the respected scientific journal Nature Neuroscience. The two, who are based at the Research Institute of the McGill University Health Center, in Montreal, Canada, propose that the hormone vasopressin is directly responsible for storing water during the night,

They argue that the circadian rhythm, or the body’s internal clock, allows for certain types of water-sensing cells in the body to activate other cells that produce vasopressin, when an individual is sleeping. They argue that the hormone essentially instructs the body to store water and not parade it around, as it does while the person is awake, and able to find water for drinking.

Since hubby is planning to go abroad just as I say in my previous post, he is also trying to lure me to go with him instead of going back to my parents. Well, it is not a bad idea. The only problem is that I can’t transfer to another country without a job. We don’t know the kind of lifestyle that we will experience in that place. So, it would be better that he goes first, then I’ll just follow after sometime.

However, his brother who already has a working visa in that place invited me to apply in jobs in administration. He said that it would be better that I start to look for a job now if I intend to follow my man. That way there is a great chance I would not be waiting for a long time. But, if I don’t get any job, then I will just wait until hubby can help me. I am not in a rush anyway.

expecting another move

Finally, I am seeing some light when hubby told me about his career plans. I thought he only intends to do training for the rest of his life. Now, he is planning to go abroad to practice his profession. He would do this to earn more than work here and earn less.

For that matter I will be left alone in our house, which will be quite boring. I’m not used to being alone for a long time. So, I decided to go back to my parents’ house before his expected date of flight. That way I can transfer all our stuff.

Since it is not a long distance move, I won’t need to contract with long distance moving company. But, I would still need their service even if it’s a short distance move. We already invested quite a number of items and there is no way I will put them in danger. I would still benefit even if I pay a price for the service and that benefit is ensuring all my valuable items is in great shape.

not so nice news from a friend

It feels so good to talk to a long time friend. But, our conversation should start with hi and hellos. And it did. But, in the middle he inserted the bad news.

This friend of mine went to Texas about two years ago. He married his long time girlfriend who resides in that place. However, not long ago he got into an accident while he was working. He lets that go, but during those times his family suffer from financial setbacks.

This involves basic exercises that are meant to burn the calories and increase strength and resistance, the trainer says.

She starts her strength training sessions with a 10-minute warmup on the treadmill. It’s a great way to get the blood pumping before lifting weights. Ever since I decided to move out of my parents house, I started to love plants. It is probably because I have more time to spend with it now as compared to before where I keep on chatting with my mom during my free time. As of the moment I have a small garden that I water every morning and afternoon.

However, the high temperature places a toll in my garden. The sad thing, I can’t do anything about it. I can’t put an umbrella just to keep it cool. Installing a greenhouse isn’t possible as well because it is way too expensive. To make matters worse, the news said this Elnino will continue until July. I can only imagine the result of my plants by the time the weather goes back to normal.

Since there is little I can do for my garden, I come up with an idea to purchase an indoor plants. That way I can protect them from the harsh sunny weather. My choices range from bonsai, cactus, daffodils and orchids. All of them are nice. Now I have to make a plan on the kinds of plants, how many and where to place them if ever.

I can’t wait to see my house with so many pretty plants. I am sure it will give life to my boring four corner house.

thinking of family vacation this summer

It has been a sunny day these past few days, which makes it perfect to go to the beach. But, splurging the cold beach water isn’t exciting if done alone. That is the reason I am planning a family vacation this summer.

Anyway, I am not thinking of a grand vacation even though Karisma’s all-inclusive concept is super perfect. The elite level of service, luxurious accommodations, invigorating entertainment, classy snap-to service, and the first-class food on the secluded white-sand beaches on the Mexican Riviera Maya would make a vacation truly relaxing.

However, that is beyond what I can afford for the moment. So, a little inexpensive vacation will do for all of us. I am sure this little thing will make the kids happy and refreshed.
