Like I said in my December post, I miss Kish Iran. But, I didn’t expect hubby will go back this time. It’s been six days since he left the country for Kish. It’s not that he intends to stay there for long. It’s the nearest place he can exit without having to spend so much and going through difficult situations. I just wish he will be back before Valentine’s Day. I don’t want to spend that special day without him around. It’s not just boring, it’s also sad. I hope it will not be the case.

Anyway, I’m crossing my fingers that he will be back before that day. I’m already looking for discount flowers around the web. The first one I visited is proflowers. They offer my favorite flowers and I’ve been a great fan for a long time. All I need to do now is decide, which flower to give him.

it’s getting cold

The temperature is indeed decreasing. It’s becoming uncomfortable to go out of the house wearing our usual clothes. Putting extra clothes and wearing winter clothing has become a must in order not to get colds. Unfortunately, I don’t have ugg boots to get the warmth I need for my feet. I’ve been thinking before that I won’t need this type of footwear, but I’m wrong. But, I don’t have spare cash to buy it this time.

Now, I have to bear the cold and I can’t complain. Anyway, I’m sure this won’t last long. It would be gone, perhaps, at the end of February. So, I only need to endure it for now. I’ll just think that I carry my air-conditioning unit everywhere I go besides I love cold as compared to hot.

The year is about to end. Everyone is indeed excited to start anew. Of course that goes same for me. I wanted to start 2012 right. My 2011 is okay, but I want it better this year with a goal of becoming excellent in my job and having a fat savings account. This is something that I need to master because I’m quite new to the industry. Becoming great will lead me to better opportunities in the future.

Anyway, as early as now, I’m already thinking of what to get him for valentines day this year. We celebrate two occasions during February, the valentines and hubby’s birthday. Valentines comes first so I should think of the gift for that first. I just don’t want any gifts; I want to be personalized and unique to show how much I really care.

miss the days on Kish Iran

It’s been a month since we left Kish, Iran. Though we only stay there for only 11 days, I still missed the days and all my roomies. The experience there was like a thrilling vacation. Thrilling the fact that everything is uncertain whether we get our employment visa or not. But, it’s also a vacation that we really need, no chores to think and no work at all. All we do is eat, sleep and tour the beautiful island.

Anyway, there is only one thing I regret not doing on that island and that is horseback riding. Upon touring we found a place that caters horseback riding. I can say it’s safe because the camel is equipped with the right equipment and accessories. If I tried that I may have pictures with horse riding helmets on. Sadly, we did not grab the opportunity.

Oh well, I’m not sure if we will have that opportunity again in the future. But, I’m pretty sure it won’t happen this 2012.

It never crossed my mind that I will do job search again. However, when our hosting problem arises, I begin to consider going back to the real working world. In a matter of minutes, I lose a heart to continue what I am doing now. All I want is something that doesn’t require me to think more.

That’s why I visited different search engine sites to check various job vacancies. I even went to Night Audit Clerk Jobs site where I found thousands of jobs available. My mood instantly shifts from lonely and sad to happy. Now my hope for simpler job is clearer. But, when I was able to fix the problem, I suddenly forget about it. Hahaha… That’s how drastic I change my mind.

Debby, my roomie, is a lady that everyone feared. She is very vocal especially if mad, but I would say she is just keeping the act of being tough. She is a sweet girl that will give everything for a friend even her food. I respect her for that and even applaud for loyalty. I just know her for nine days, but learn to love her. The reason I want to leave a remembrance.

Whenever I think of what to give her I always end up thinking of swisher sweet cigars. It really fits her since she is a sweet girl, but at the same time smoker. The description really suits the type of person she is. However, I’m not sure over her preference of cigar. All I know is that she loves puffing cigarette. Having cigar is somewhat new. So, giving her one is a good way for her to remember me. Unfortunately, I don’t have one with me as I left everything back home. I’ll just find other items to give her before I leave.

planning for my nail care regimen

It’s been five days since we arrived here in Kish, Iran. Life isn’t easy breezy, but I’m enjoying my stay with hubby. I made new friends and the island itself is really beautiful. The seashore is clean with a lot of fish to catch and the people are awesome and friendly. The hotel has flaws, but it’s bearable. The scenery of the Island compensates the deficiency of our accommodations.

Now, the only problem I’m facing is that for five days I can’t clean my nails, few more days and it will be totally dirty. I’m totally surprised when my employer told me that I need to wait until Sunday or Monday for the release of my employment visa. Then, add two to three days before my flight. Thus, I will spend at least 10 days minimum. By that time, my nails will be totally dirty.

For this year, Ron (roommate) will not be able to be with his wife’s delivery date. This is the first year he is away from his family due to work. looking around and unwind

Yesterday, hubby, me and brother-in-law went to the mall to look around and unwind. It’s quite boring staying inside the house, I’ve been doing that for a long time already. So, I convinced and dragged him out that’s why we end up in the mall where I find a great sneaker. I really want to buy the pair as my Christmas gift, but like I said in my early post I don’t have enough cash yet.

Before, hubby repeatedly told me to at least have one pair, but I often refuse because I have a sweaty feet. Also, drying this shoe is quite a bother. It’s a different story now after discovering the shoes and boot dryers. I didn’t know there is such a thing until today, thanks to the internet. With that I don’t have to worry about washing or drying shoes.
